Mother of missing 3-year-old Elijah Vue denied request to reduce bond

Katrina Baur-Manitowoc County Court, Elijah Vue- Two Rivers PD MANITOWOC COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The mother of missing 3-year-old Elijah Vue from Two Rivers appeared in Manitowoc County court Tuesday, April 30.
During her motion hearing, the judge denied Katrina Baur her request to reduce her $15,000 bond to a signature bond.
A signature bond allows a person to be released without paying the bond.
Right now, she faces several child neglect charges in connection to Elijah's disappearance.
The toddler was reportedly sent by Baur to her boyfriend, Jesse Vang, for "discipline" when he went missing.
She's due back in court for a status hearing on May 28.
