As expected, it's turned into a soggy Sunday across southeast Wisconsin as showers continue to pivot in from the southwest.
Showers will wrap up around sunset tonight with partly to mostly cloudy skies continuing into Monday morning. Despite the cloudy start on Monday, clouds will clear out for the afternoon, just in time to see the solar eclipse!
In Milwaukee, the solar eclipse begins around 12:52 pm. The sun will be 90% covered at the eclipse's maximum at 2:08pm. The eclipse ends at 3:21 pm. Here's a link to find the exact timing for your location: NASA Eclipse Explorer.
Here is the National Weather Service's latest cloud cover forecast in the path of totality in case you're planning a road trip!
Clouds will return Monday night along with an isolated shower or two. A better chance for rain returns Wednesday night into Thursday.
Temps will feel more like April this week with highs generally in the 50s and 60s.
