MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man was shot and killed while sitting in his car visiting family on Memorial Day.
With little information to go on, his family is hoping you can help solve his case.
It was around 12:30 on May 31 when Milwaukee police say the shooting happened.
Percy Robinson was sitting in his car in the 2600 block of 28th Street.
He was waiting to visit another family member when someone came up to the car and shot him.
The 41-year-old's death was one of four homicides to happen over the holiday weekend.
"It was a really violent weekend in the city, we had four people killed over Memorial Day weekend," said MPD Detective Rosemari Galindo. "Memorial Day is a day where people should be hanging out with family, doing family things, barbequing and being able to feel safe in their own community when they're visiting family. No one should be sitting in their car on Memorial Day and expect to be gunned down."
If you know anything about who killed Percy Robinson, call Milwaukee Crime Stoppers at 414-224-TIPS.
You can also download the P3 Tips app and call or submit a tip through the app anonymously.
If your tip leads to an arrest, you get $1,000 cash.
