MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Many people have made the resolution that 2024 will be the year when fitness will become a bigger priority, but as is often the case, a new year's resolution is always easier to declare than it is to consistently follow up on.
Garrett Van Auken, a personal training leader at Life Time Brookfield, joined us on Wednesday, Jan. 10 to offer tips on how to stick to a healthy resolution throughout the year, maintain a healthy diet, improve mental health, get better quality sleep and more.
