MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Prosecutors in Indiana have filed 14 charges against a South Milwaukee man accused of kidnapping his 2-year-old daughter and threatening her life after a police chase across three states.
The charges include kidnapping and battery with a deadly weapon.
Police say 30-year-old Kenneth Brown held a knife to the throat of his non-custodial daughter after ramming police cars and driving the wrong way on the interstate before crashing northwest of Indianapolis.
He's being held by Indiana authorities but also faces charges in Milwaukee County.
