33-year-old man shot and wounded near 28th and Melvina

Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened on Tuesday, June 13^th, around 2:15 p.m. in the 2800 block of W. Melvina Street.

A 33-year old man was shot during circumstances that are still under investigation.

He was transported to a local hospital for treatment of what is believed to be a non-life threatening injury.

The investigation is ongoing and MPD continues to search for suspects.
