MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The report from the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner says the 58-year-old man identified as Mark Jollie had a history of alcoholism and falling and was found near the patch of ice outside a Subway Restaurant.

The man was first seen by an MCTS bus driver who called 911. When paramedics arrived they started CPR but the man was pronounced dead around 7:10 a.m. 

Jollie lived in the apartment complex next to the Subway. 

Footage from passing MCTS buses showed that the man had fallen around 6:05 a.m. but 911 wasn't called until another bus passed at 6:25 a.m.

The official cause of death is pending toxicology.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police say they responded to a death investigation near Van Buren and East Juneau just before 6:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The 58-year-old man was found dead at the location and police do not believe the death to be suspicious. 

The official cause of death is still under investigation and the autopsy report has not been completed.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner was called out to the area of North Van Buren and East Juneau Avenue around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 16. 

The autopsy on a 58-year-old man will be performed Wednesday to determine a cause of death. 

The ME says the man slipped on ice and fell contributing to his death.
