A very cold start to February. An arctic front arrives tonight!

The last two weeks of January have really been nice.  Since the 15th of January when the pattern flipped, only three days have been unseasonably cool.  We even had one day in the 50s during that span; however, the pattern is about to flip again!  Take a look at the cold temperatures in Canada.

An arctic front will move across Wisconsin over the next 12 hours.  That front will not only drop temperatures for Thursday, but the breezy winds will keep wind chills between -5 to -15!  Single digit lows are expected going into Friday with highs only in the teens.

The last time Milwaukee had a high in the teens was January 13th!  On another note we continue to track snow showers for Saturday and Saturday night across the area.  We could see several inches of snow on Saturday with slick travel possible.  Stay tuned!
