City of Milwaukee overnight parking permits for 2018 available starting December 20

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Those living in Milwaukee who want to park their vehicles overnight on city streets can buy their 2018 annual virtual parking permits and 4-month permits starting December 20, 2017.

When residents buy the annual or 4-month overnight permit, there is no physical sticker for their vehicles. Instead, customers get a confirmation number and their license plate becomes the permit. Parking Ambassadors then scan the plates of the cars parked overnight to make sure a parking permit has been purchased.

The annual permit is $55, while the 4-month permit (valid January 1 – April 30) costs $20. A $1 convenience fee is added for those buying permits online.

If you don’t have an overnight permit, you face getting  a $20 citation.
