UPDATE: Man arrested in deadly Kenosha County hit-and-run

UPDATE: KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Kenosha County Sheriff's Office has arrested 39-year-old Ryan Peterson, of Salem Lakes. He now faces charges of hit and run causing death. 

Peterson's wife contacted the Sheriff's Office after reading a media release Monday, which included the location where a bicyclist had been struck and killed Sunday night. She stated her husband thought he hit a deer.

The bicyclist, 29-year-old Jackie Hutcheson, Jr., died at the scene.

UPDATE: KENOSHA  COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 39-year-old man is arrested after a deadly hit and run in Kenosha County Sunday night. 

A 29-year-old bicyclist from Trevor, Wisconsin was killed when he was hit by a car near Highway J-F and Wilmot Road around 9:45. 

After releasing a vehicle description, investigators say they've found the vehicle and arrested a suspect. 

The Kenosha County Sheriff's Office says charges are pending.

UPDATE: TREVOR, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 29-year-old bicyclist has died in Kenosha County after investigators say he was hit by a car around 9:45 Sunday night. 

The Kenosha County Sheriff's Office says Jackie Hutcheson Jr. of Trevor was riding a bicycle northbound on 260th Avenue when he was hit from behind by a vehicle also traveling northbound. 

The vehicle then left the scene in an unknown direction. 

The suspect vehicle is believed to be dark colored and possibly a Volvo. According to the Sheriff's Office, Hutcheson died at the scene.

TREVOR, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Kenosha County Sheriff's Office was called to a vehicle vs. bicyclist accident around 9:45 Sunday night.

The crash happened near 260th Avenue and 119th Street in Trevor. The sheriff's office says the bicyclist died and the vehicle left the scene. 

No one is in custody and no word on the age or sex of the victim at this time. This incident remains under investigation.
