Fire in vacant building under investigation

MILWAUKEE, WI (CBS 58) -- The cause of a  fire in a vacant building Friday night in Milwaukee  is under investigation.   The fire was reported in a vacant house at  N 28 and W Townsend Streets around  9:10 PM.   When firefighters arrived, the second floor of the 2.5 story house was fully involved in flames.  The fire was brought under control in about 35 minutes.   No one was injured in the fire and there is no dollar estimate of the damage to the structure.

A storage shed next to an apartment building received an estimated $90,000 in damage from a fire early Saturday morning in Milwaukee.   The fire was reported in the storage shed around 4:50 AM next to the apartment building at N 30th Street and W Wisconsin Avenue.  No one was injured in the fire, the cause of which, is still being investigated.
