Free lead awareness event being held at Journey House in Milwaukee

Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin will be hosting a free lead awareness event at the Journey House in Milwaukee.

As part of Molina Healthcare’s partnership with Mayor Tom Barrett and the City of Milwaukee Health Department on the citywide Lead-Safe Milwaukee public awareness campaign, Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin will be hosting a Family Fun Fair this Saturday, June 17th.

Attendees will have the opportunity to receive free lead screenings along with education and prevention materials.

Additionally, Molina will be distributing free disposable wipes and faucet water filters to families in affected areas.

The event runs from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Journey House, Inc.

The Journey House Inc. is located at 2110 W. Scott Street.
