FreshFin Poké opening third location in Brookfield

BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee restaurant is expanding to Waukesha County. 

FreshFin Poké is opening a location at the Corners of Brookfield, across the street from the Von Maur department store. 

They already have two locations in Milwaukee, one on the east side and the second in the Third Ward. 

It's a fast-casual style restaurant that specializes in poke bowls with seafood and fresh ingredients. 

"You have fresh proteins, you can get salmon, tuna, chicken, shrimp, and vegan options," said Nate Arkush with FreshFin. "We're kind of that go-to spot after work, when people are done working they come in for a great, healthy protein-packed meal. 

FreshFin opens in Brookfield on Wednesday.
