Good Harvest Market in Pewaukee announces wage increase to hourly employees

WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Good Harvest Market has announced that it will provide a wage increase to its hourly employees, bringing them up to $10 an hour.

This is a 38% increase compared to the state minimum wage of $7.25 an hour.

This hourly wage increase in part is attributed to the competitive environment to attract quality candidates and their long-standing commitment to reward team members, the company says.

In addition to the wage increase, regular full-time employees will continue to receive exceptional benefits including group health care, paid holidays and paid time off. All full and part-time employees receive a Simple IRA retirement match program and a 25% discount on store purchases.

“Good Harvest Market has an opportunity to show our appreciation for the contributions of our employees and recognize these team members who embrace their responsibilities every day to deliver exceptional service,” said owner Joe Nolan. “We are committed to investing in our employees because we believe that they are the foundation of our company.”

Good Harvest Market currently has openings in all departments full and part-time. For more information, click here
