Take a look at the breakdown of high temps this month. We had some hot days, with the highest at 94 degrees on the 12th of the month.
Now as we look ahead to July, it's our warmest month of the year, and my personal favorite. High temps, on average, hover around 80 degrees. Sunset times will continue to come in after 8:30pm until July 12th. ...So there's plenty of long days to get out and enjoy the dog days of summer.
And the weekend is looking great to do just that! Temps will be near 80 on Saturday and middle 80s on Sunday. But, it will be gradually turning less humid as the weekend unfolds, which is good news.
As it stands now, early next week, including the 4th of July, will feature a lake breeze and comfortable temps in the middle 70s.
Have a great holiday weekend!
