Man arrested for drug crime after grandmother calls police, said he wanted food from grandmother

ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 24-year-old man is arrested after his grandmother called police saying he was at her house and refusing to leave, according to investigators. 

St. Francis Police say the grandmother called police around 12:30 a.m. on October 12 and told them she believed the grandson was high on something. When officers spoke to the 24-year-old he told them he was at his grandmother's trying to get some money and food. 

While there, officers saw some drug paraphernalia in plain view and the grandson admitted it was his. The man was arrested and say they found more drug paraphernalia items on him. 

He was taken to the police department where he was cited, booked, and later released.
