Man sent to mental health hospital for killing mother, beating brother

OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A man who murdered his mother and beat his brother in their Oak Creek home will go to a mental health hospital for the rest of his life. 

Kervin Pierce was found not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect. He admitted to the shooting and beating that happened last December. 

Pierce told investigators he was tired of being "disrespected and nagged" in his home.
