MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett has signed off on a multi-million dollar settlement over the controversial stop-and-frisk policy.
The settlement is for more than $3 million with the ACLU of Wisconsin.
The settlement also includes requiring officers to undergo more training on the issue. Aldermen say the city needs to improve its police department.
Specific changes to the department policy should be in place by September.
