MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- People interested in meeting some of the many candidates running for governor got their chance at UWM on Tuesday evening.
The Black Leaders Organizing Communities Group set up a meet-and-greet. It was speed-dating style.
Each candidate talked one-on-one with a small group then they moved on to the next candidate.
There are 14 declared Democrats and two Republicans including Governor Walker.
Eight Democrats and one Libertarian participated in Tuesday night's event.
The Democratic Party Primary is August 14. The election will take place on November 6.
