Uber customers dispute cleaning fees

UNDATED (CBS 58) – If you use Uber, you may want to take a video of the inside of the car before you get out.

It’ll be your proof if you need to fight the company’s cleaning fee.

Several customers have claimed Uber wrongly charged them after their driver made a claim. More than 130 people have contacted the Better Business Bureau.

Uber says it is looking into the disputes and say drivers making fake claims could lose their jobs with the company. Uber has issued refunds to some customers.
