Oconomowoc Harley-Davidson hosting Oktoberfest with national steinholding women's champion

OCONOMOWC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Wisconsin Harley-Davidson is hosting their annual Oktoberfest this weekend on Saturday, October 6. The winner of the national Hofbrau National Steinholding Women's Champion will be in attendance. Mukwonago woman Julie Gilbert won the event in 2017 and will judge the local Steinholding competition. Gilbert currently holds the U.S. record with a time of 4 minutes, 20 seconds. 

The Oktoberfest event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and includes live polka, and free brats while they last, German and Oktoberfest beers on tap plus free contests including Hammerschlagen, Steinholding and Best Lederhosen or Dirndl.

Admission and parking are free, but registration for the Steinholding competition is recommended either online here, or onsite at the day of the event.

The Harley-Davidson is located on 1280 Blue Ribbon Drive in Oconomowoc.
