One shot near Marquette's campus Saturday evening

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police tell CBS 58 that an adult man was shot and taken to the hospital near Marquette's campus just after 6:00 p.m. Saturday evening.
Marquette Police sent out a safety alert to students after the shooting was reported near 22nd and Wisconsin. According to Marquette the man that was shot is not affiliated with the University.
