Pabst is brewing in Milwaukee again and on Monday, CBS 58 News got an inside look at the first brewing session.
The new restaurant which will be an upscale gastro pub is also taking shape.
Head of Brewing, John Kimes, tells us when Pabst was looking for a spot to put in a craft brewery, it just seemed an obvious choice to bring something back to the original Pabst grounds and they loved the building at 10-37 W. Juneau.
"The meld of our past and future," explained Kimes. "We're doing some historical styles. But we're focusing on what's new and interesting. And just being cutting edge on the scene again."
The big opening is April 14th.
