UPDATE: KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) – A Kenosha County man is facing homicide charges after allegedly shooting and killing two brothers over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

25-year-old Nathan Kivi has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide, possession of a firearm by a felon, and felony bail jumping.

Richard and Kenneth Samuel III were found shot early Friday morning outside the beach bar in Twin Lakes.

The Twin Lakes Police Department says witnesses saw Kivi running from the scene.

His bail has been set at $2 million.

UPDATE:  KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Twin Lakes Police Department has identified the victims of the deadly shooting behind the Beach Bar in Twin Lakes on Friday.   The victims are identified as 28-year-old Richard Samuel and 31-year-old Kenneth Samuel III.   Both men are from Twin Lakes.

UPDATE: KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A second man has died and police have a man in custody following a shooting behind a Kenosha County bar. 

Investigators say the suspect was found by the Monroe County Sheriff's Department and Wisconsin State Patrol as traveling north on I-94 near Tomah, Wisconsin. 

Twin Lakes Police say two men, a 28-year-old and a 31-year-old, were shot behind Beach Bar on South Lake Street around 2:00 a.m. Friday. The 28-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene and the 31-year-old man was taken to the hospital where he later died. 

Witnesses told police there was a fight between the victims and the suspect before the shooting.

KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) – A man is dead and another is in the hospital after a shooting behind a bar in Kenosha County, according to police.

Twin Lakes Police say around 2:00 a.m. they were called to a shooting at Beach Bar on South Lake Street where they found a 28-year-old man dead in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds and another 31-year-old man also with gunshot wounds. The 31-year-old man was taken to a local hospital and his condition is currently unknown.

Police say the suspect was gone from the scene when officers arrived but was identified by witnesses as a 25-year-old man who is believed to be from Trevor.

Witnesses at the scene told officers there was a fight between the victims and the suspect before the shooting.

The investigation is ongoing.
