Pride Night highlights Brewers next homestand

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The Brewers return home to square off with the St. Louis Cardinals for four games, beginning on Thursday, June 21 at 7:10 p.m. Following the series against St. Louis, the Crew will host the Kansas City Royals for two contests of Interleague play, beginning on Tuesday, June 26 at 7:10 p.m.

Highlights for the homestand include Pride Night as well as a pair of giveaways: a short-sleeve Brewers T-shirt on Friday June 22 and a Ryan Braun and Orlando Arcia gauntlet bobblehead on Sunday, June 24.

In remembrance of Davey Nelson, Brewers players and coaches will wear a “Nellie” patch on their jersey sleeves throughout the entirety of the series against the Cardinals. On Saturday, June 23, the FOX Sports Wisconsin stage in Miller Park’s right field corner will be renamed “Nellie’s Corner” and proceeds from the Brewers Community Foundation 50-50 Raffle will go towards Open Arms Home for Children in South Africa, a charity that was close to Nelson’s heart. Pride Night, presented by Aurora Health Care® – In partnership with Aurora Health Care®, the Brewers are honored to host a special night celebrating diversity and inclusion within the Brewers fan base, the Milwaukee community, and all of Major League Baseball. Fans who purchase a Pride Night ticket package will receive a Brewers Pride Night T-shirt plus the opportunity to participate in a pregame parade on the warning track.

RBI Athlete of the Month – Each month, an RBI (Reviving Baseball in the Inner Cities) athlete will be recognized for their dedication to academics, community involvement, leadership, reliability and monthly performance. The athlete will be recognized as June’s RBI Athlete of the Month and will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.

Friday, June 22 vs. St. Louis Cardinals – 7:10 p.m.

Short-Sleeve T-Shirt, courtesy of Xperience Fitness – The first 20,000 fans will receive a Brewers-themed short-sleeve T-shirt featuring a baseball diamond with “MKE” and “Brewers” written across the chest.

Student Night – Every Friday home game, high school and college students can purchase $10 Terrace Reserved or $15 Loge Bleachers tickets and enjoy special deals on food and beverages through the end of the first inning.

Miller Light Beerpen – Every Friday home game, fans 21+ who sit in the Miller Lite Beerpen in the right-field Loge Bleachers will receive a free Brewers T-shirt, courtesy of Miller Lite.

Saturday, June 23 vs. St. Louis Cardinals – 3:10 p.m.

Blue Crew Ticket Program – The Brewers will partner with Major League Baseball umpires to offer memorable baseball game experiences for children awaiting adoption and at-risk youth in mentoring programs. Children will receive a VIP experience including tickets, a goody bag of “all things baseballa” and the unique opportunity to step onto the field for a souvenir baseball and photo. Umps Care Charities, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Major League Baseball umpires, created the Blue Crew tickets program to share the gift of baseball with children and strengthen relationships between children and the adults who aim to make a difference in their lives. More than 4,000 guests have participated in Blue Crew tickets since 2006.

Sunday, June 24 vs. St. Louis Cardinals – 1:10 p.m.

Gauntlet Bobblehead, courtesy of BluJay Solutions – All fans will receive a double-bobblehead featuring Ryan Braun and Orlando Arcia enacting the Brewers’ famous ‘Gauntlet’ home run celebration.

Military Half-Price Discount – Active duty military and veterans, verified by ID.me, can purchase half-price tickets in select locations. Tickets are only available for digital delivery. There is an 8 ticket limit per game.

Kids Run the Bases, Presented by Aurora Health Care – Following Sunday home games, kids 14 and under can run the bases at Miller Park.

Kids Ice Cream Sunday – Every Sunday home game, kids 14 and under will receive a free ice cream bar, courtesy of Blue Ribbon Classics.

Tuesday, June 26 vs. Kansas City Royals – 7:10 p.m.

Lorenzo Cain Autograph Signing at Meijer – Fans can stop by the Meijer in Waukesha and have the opportunity to meet Brewers outfielder Lorenzo Cain. Cain will be signing autographs for the first 200 fans between 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Little League Night – As part of the Brewers annual Little League Night at Miller Park, all Little Leaguers will enjoy specially discounted ticket packages for the Crew’s matchup with the Royals, as well as have an opportunity to participate in a pregame parade on the field.

Community Achievers presented by Meijer – The Milwaukee Brewers community involvement initiative, known as the “Community Achievers Award presented by Meijer,” recognizes residents throughout the state of Wisconsin each month during the season for displaying extraordinary efforts in their community. On June 26, Tim Schlosser will be recognized as June’s Community Achiever. Tim will throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the game.
