Racine woman charged with possession of child porn, having sex with 17-year-old boy

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) – A 22-year-old Racine woman is facing charges of possession of child pornography and having sexual intercource with a child.

According to a criminal complaint, a video was found on 22-year-old Amanda Eckblad’s phone of her having sex with a 17-year-old boy. Court documents state authorities were investigating allegations of a sexual relationship between Eckblad and the minor. During the investigation, Eckblad’s phone was searched and that’s when investigators found the video.

The video was recorded in March and deleted in May, according to court documents. Investigators were able to identify both Eckblad and the boy in the video. Authorities believe the teenager was living with Eckblad at her home.

Bond was set at $25,000 for Eckblad. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 12.
