Sequestering jury in Heaggan-Brown trial cost over $30,000

CBS 58 has obtained preliminary numbers on the cost to sequester the jury in Dominique Heaggan-Brown's trial. The costs include hotel, food, transportation and weekend activities for 16 jurors and the the deputies that provided security.
More invoices are expected, but the cost is at least $30,000.
Hotel costs were $20,023, transportation costs totaled $2,000, weekend activities amounted to $3,328.60 and meals costed $6,577.84.
