Strong Cold Front This Week

The weekend has turned out to be splendid with highs in the 70s and very low humidity.  The lower humidity feel should continue; however, we are starting to see more cold air pool to our north in Canada, and that means more cold fronts for the Midwest.  Take a look at the colder air near Fort McMurray.  A push of that colder air is coming for the middle of the week.  

The front will move through on Tuesday with a chance for scattered showers and storms.  Behind the front our highs will drop into the middle to upper 60s. The last time we had a 66 degree day was on June 28th!

While the front isn't extreme, it will make the area feel more like the end of September!
