Suspect refuses to come out of house after shots fired investigation in West Allis

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- West Allis Police responded to a house near 54th and Hayes early Saturday morning for reports of shots fired. The suspect refused to come out of the house and a perimeter was set up to resolve the situation.
The suspect was eventually taken into custody and police say there is no danger to the public.
The incident is under investigation.
