Time-lapse video shows construction progress on St. Croix Crossing

WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- The St. Croix Crossing, a four-lane bridge connecting St. Joseph, Wisconsin and Oak Park Heights, Minnesota is now open.
The new bridge was decades in the making and replaces the 80-year-old Stillwater Lift Bridge.
A new time-lapse video of the construction progress from March 2013 to August 2017 is being released by EarthCam. See the video below:
