Two young men seriously injured in south side shooting

Two men from Milwaukee were seriously injured in a late afternoon shooting Tuesday near S. 20th St. and W. Forest Home Ave., Milwaukee Police say.

Police say a 19-year-old man and a 21-year-old man were both shot around 4:45 p.m. The details of the shooting are still being determined and there are not any suspects at this time.

The two men transported themselves to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

Milwaukee Police continue to investigate this shooting.
