Movies! has returned to our Milwaukee family of stations and features films from multiple studios, with limited commercial interruptions and original run times. Films that will air on Movies! in September include Paul Hogan in “Crocodile Dundee”; Charles Bronson in “Death Wish III”; John Wayne in “Flame of the Barbary Coast and “Sands of Iwo Jima”; Robert De Niro in “Taxi Driver” and many more. Movies! is available over-the-air on Ch. 63.3. Positions on cable will be announced at a later date.

You may need to rescan your television set to receive Start TV on 63.2 and 58.5 and Movies! on channel 63.3. You can also watch Start TV here on the DESKTOP REMOTE shortcut that you will find on your desktop. Movies! will be added to the DESKTOP REMOTE in the coming weeks. I have attached a new Guide to Channel Positions that lists all of our streams and where they can be found. Below are FAQs that may answer some of your questions. Q: I watch over the air and can’t get 58.5, 63.2 or 63.3. What do I do?

A: Over the air viewers may have to rescan their television sets to pick up these new stations.

Q: How do I rescan?

A: Rescanning is a simple process. All you need is your TV remote and these general steps to guide you through the process.

Using your television's remote control, press the Menu or Settings option. Note: a "Smart TV" may have a smart button that must be used to access the settings menu. It will generally have the manufacturer's logo on it.

Locate Channels or Tuner Set Up option.

Check the menu for an option of Antenna Type or Connection Type followed by either Antenna or Cable.

Make sure that the designated setting is Antenna

From the menu, choose Digital Channel Search (based on manufacturer, alternate choices may include Channel Scan, Channel Search or Auto Program.)

Allow the TV to complete the search. During the search, you will see a bar listing how many channels have been found.

Once complete, confirm the menu prompt, then press an exit or quit option.

NOTE: All TV manufacturers differ, so menu options, wording and other items may vary. The best way to complete the channel scan is to refer to the TV owner's manual.
