West Bend man, 47, arrested for 7th OWI in Jackson

JACKSON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A West Bend man has been arrested for his 7th OWI over the weekend.

The Jackson Police Department was called to Green Valley Mobile Home Park around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday for a report of a suspicious man who was driving his truck back and forth repeatedly and refusing to leave. 

The man allegedly told officers that he was visiting a friend but was near the wrong trailer.

While speaking with the man, officers observed signs of intoxication. The man failed field sobriety tests and his preliminary breath test was 3 times over the legal limit.

He has been identified as a 47-year-old West Bend man and was taken into custody.
