West Bend man arrested for 3rd OWI after crashing into pole

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The West Bend Police have arrested a man for his 3rd OWI after they say he crashed into a light pole.

It happened shortly after 3 a.m. on Tuesday in the 1400 block of Sylvan Way.

The driver was identified as a 30-year-old man from West Bend who showed signs of intoxication and failed Standard Field Sobriety Tests.

He blew a .313 in a PBT and was arrested for OWI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The man was not injured in the collision.
