Wisconsin Christmas Carnival of Lights returning November 24 to Caledonia

CALEDONIA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Jellystone Park Camp-Resort has announced that they will be bringing back The Wisconsin Christmas Carnival of Lights.

The light display will run from November 24 - December 31. 

Visitors will enjoy new moving light displays, and will be dazzled as the lights dance to new holiday music. “Evy the Talking Christmas Tree,” a popular, animatronic, seven-foot character will return to Santa’s Workshop, singing and speaking with children. Guests can also warm up with hot chocolate, write Santa a letter, or even meet the jolly man himself.

Guests also have the option to see the light show aboard Santa’s giant sleigh, which offers a unique open-air experience. Families feel even closer to the displays as the sleigh travels through the mile-long light show with up to 43 guests, in tiered and comfortable seating.

Jellystone will continue to support the Ronald McDonald House by donating a portion of its proceeds

Hours are 5–9 p.m. Sunday–Thursday and 5–10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The entry fee for carloads with up to eight people is $20, $30 for limos, mini buses and large passenger vans, and $35 for greyhound and other large buses, and large motor homes.

Monday, Nov. 26, 2018:

Military Monday & Senior Night – Bring in a military ID or seniors 65 and up bring an ID, and show it at the gate to save 75 percent off of single car admission. With this discount, admission is $5 for one carload of up to eight people. Discounted price for large passenger vans, mini bus, limos is $20; and is $25 for large coach/motorhomes.

Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018:

Teacher Appreciation Tuesday – Teachers, aids, principals and those shaping children’s education: bring a school ID and present at the gate to save 50 percent off single car admission. With this discount, admission is $10 for one carload of up to eight people. Teachers’ discounted price for large passenger vans, mini bus, limos is $20; and is $25 for large coach/motorhomes.

Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018:

Service Personnel Night: EMS, Firefighters and Police officers. Please bring an ID and present at the gate to save 50 percent off single-car admission. With this discount, admission is $10 for one carload of up to eight people. Service Personnel discounted price for large passenger vans, mini bus, limos is $20; and is $25 for large coach/motorhomes.
