Brewers kick off 7-game home stand including Brewers Weather Day with CBS 58

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Brewers return home from a six-game road trip to host the Cincinnati Reds for three games beginning on Monday, April 16 at 6:40 p.m. Following the series against the Reds, the Crew will welcome the Miami Marlins to Miller Park for a four-game set, beginning on Thursday, April 19 and running through Sunday, April 22.

Monday, April 2 vs. Cincinnati Reds – 6:40 p.m.

Tuesday, April 17 vs. Cincinnati Reds – 6:40 p.m.
Community Achievers presented by Meijer- The Milwaukee Brewers community involvement initiative, known as the “Community Achievers Award presented by Meijer,” recognizes residents throughout the state of Wisconsin each month during the season for displaying extraordinary efforts in their community. On April 17, Kris Lombardi from Waukesha will be recognized as April’s community achiever. Kris will throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the game.

Wednesday, April 18 vs. Cincinnati Reds – 12:40 p.m.
Weather Day, presented by CBS 58 – As part of this special educational day at the ballpark, students will learn about the science of weather through a variety of entertaining and instructional pregame activities – including a presentation on severe weather from the CBS 58 Ready Weather Meteorologists, an interactive Science Fair, weather-related trivia on the scoreboard and more. Plus, as a reward for all of their studying, every student will receive a free hot dog and bottled water to enjoy as they cheer on the Brewers against the Reds.

Thursday, April 19 vs. Miami Marlins – 7:10 p.m.

Friday, April 20 vs. Miami Marlins – 7:10 p.m.
Long-Sleeve T-Shirt – The first 20,000 fans in attendance will receive a long-sleeve Brewers T-shirt, presented by Chevrolet.

Saturday, April 21 vs. Miami Marlins – 6:10 p.m.
Marvel Super Heroes™ Night – Fans who purchase a special Marvel Super HeroesTM Night ticket package will receive a Brewers-themed Captain America Bobblehead.

Brewers Coupon Book – The first 25,000 fans 18+ will receive a Brewers coupon book featuring a variety of special offers and savings.

Sunday, April 22 vs. Miami Marlins – 1:10 p.m.

Autism Awareness Day – In partnership with Autism Speaks, the Brewers are honored to host a special day at the ballpark designed to celebrate the unique gifts of individuals with autism, raise awareness of autism spectrum disorders, and advocate for the needs of individuals and families affected by autism. Additionally, the Brewers will make a $3 donation to Autism Speaks for every Autism Awareness ticket package sold.

Kids Run the Bases, Presented by Aurora Health Care – Following Sunday home games, kids 14 and under can run the bases at Miller Park.

Kids Ice Cream Sunday – Every Sunday home game, kids 14 and under will receive a free ice cream bar, courtesy of Blue Ribbon Classics.
