Get ready to dodge showers, storms for the foreseeable future

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Our nice weather has officially ended.  Step outside, and you'll notice an uptick in humidity not to mention rain and storm chances, on and off, through the weekend and beyond. It's hard to pinpoint when and where the storms will occur.  But just realize they could produce heavier rain, and some of the activity could be on the stronger side.  The chance looks a little better for gustier storms Sunday afternoon and evening.  Rainfall amounts could be more than a half an inch depending on the strength of the storms.

Temperatures will warm to around 90 by Sunday and into the 90s into early next week.  I don't really see a cooler, drier airmass until Thursday when a cold front finally works through.  Make sure to download the free CBS 58 weather app, if you haven't already, when you're away from your home or computer. And send us State Fair pictures via the app or [email protected].
