MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man is accused of being high on heroin while babysitting a 4-year-old child.
According to the criminal complaint, a Waukesha Police officer found 33-year-old Michael Meganck passed out in a gas station parking lot after midnight on Monday.
Meganck told police he had taken heroin and other drugs.
Nearly 3-grams of heroin was found in the car.
The child was not hurt.
Meganck is now facing several charges including his third OWI.
