Moustakas, Soria decline player options
MILWAUKEE - Two players from the 2018 Brewers have declined their player options for 2019.
Mike Moustakas declined a $15 million option, and Joakim Soria did the same for his $10 million option. Both will become free agents this offseason.
Moustakas hit .251 with 28 home runs and 95 RBI between the Royals and Brewers. Soria was 3-1 with a 4.09 ERA after coming over from the Chicago White Sox in a midseason deal.
