MPD: 23-year-old Milwaukee man killed in argument near Hopkins and Villard

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 23-year-old Milwaukee man is dead following a shooting that happened near North Hopkins and Villard on Thursday, Sept. 10.
Milwaukee police said it happened around 1:17 p.m.
The shooting appears to be the result of an argument, police say.
A 22-year-old man was taken into custody in connection. Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
