My how things change, especially when it comes to the Christmas forecast

Milwaukee (CBS 58)--On Thursday, A white Christmas wasn't looking promising.  Today, it's a different story.  The one reliable computer model now is indicating we will have a snowy Yuletide forecast.  Obviously, it's still too early to talk about amounts.  But at the very least we could see a dusting.  Keep checking back for the latest thinking on how this snow will evolve either here online or on air. These weather models can be fickle!

Meantime, expect a dry forecast, for the most part, through Christmas Eve.  Although there is some indication we could see a little bit of wintry mix late Saturday night and early Sunday.  But as it stands now, it doesn't look impressive. Highs will be seasonable, in the 30s, with lows in the teens and 20s.

The final weekend of 2018 looks colder with highs then in the 20s for many spots.  Happy Holidays, everyone!  And Happy Winter Solstice.  Winter officially starts at 4:23 in the afternoon today.
