National Avenue construction project completed in West Allis

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A construction project on National Avenue in West Allis is finished.
The road from 70th to 76th is now back open to traffic.
Businesses in the area months ago said they were losing customers because the buildings were hard to access.
One business even stopped receiving mail.
