CBS 58 Around 8 a.m., a 49-year-old was found unresponsive in the medical ward dorm at the jail.
Staff performed life-saving measures, but he was pronounced dead inside the facility.
The Kenosha County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death.
At this time the inmate's name is not being released.
