KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 59-year-old Pleasant Prairie man is in custody after a three hour standoff with police Monday evening.
According to Pleasant Prairie Police, neighbors saw the man come out of his home near 85th and 48th Ave. with a weapon multiple times. He then went back inside.
Authorities set up around the home and eventually the man came out of the home. Police say he failed to follow police commands and was shot with a "less lethal impact round" and taken into custody.
No officers or other citizens were hurt.

UPDATE: KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Pleasant Prairie say the police operation in the 8500 block of 48th Avenue has ended peacefully.
One person has been taken into custody.
The Pleasant Prairie Police Department thanks everyone for their cooperation.

They say they are currently on scene conducting an investigation.
Police are investigating a scene at 8500 block of 48 Ave. Citizens living in that area, stay in your homes. Traveling citizens, stay away from the area. Updates to come
