Racine man arrested for pointing gun at man taking photos of his car

UNION GROVE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- On Tuesday, February 5, the Racine County Sheriff's Office got a complaint about someone photographing a person's car on 13th Avenue in Union Grove.

When a deputy responded they saw a man pointing a gun at another man. The deputy de-escalated the incident and began investigating.

An investigation determined the person taking pictures of the car was a concerned citizen who thought the car was suspicious. The passenger in the car believed the concerned citizen was acting aggressively and in a hostile manner and approached pointing a gun at him.

A 25-year-old Racine man identified as Christopher Ebner was arrested for pointing a gun at another person and recklessly endangering safety.
