MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An 18 year old woman was killed Saturday night when the car she was a passenger in went out of control, struck a tree and a building on Milwaukee’s north side. According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the woman was in a 4 door sedan traveling south on Teutonia when the driver lost control near W Silver Spring Drive. According to Police, the victim died at the scene of the crash despite the life saving efforts of the Milwaukee Fire Department.
The driver, an 18-year-old woman and four other passengers in the car were injured in the crash and taken to a local hospital for treatment. The passengers included a 19-year-old woman, a 20-year-old woman and two 19-year-old men.
The MPD is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash.
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One person is dead and several others are injured after a rollover accident occurred on the city's Northwest side Saturday evening, according to the Milwaukee Fire Department.
A chief with the Milwaukee Fire Department said the accident occurred near W. Silver Spring Dr. and N. Teutonia Ave. around 8 p.m. The chief said two patients were taken to Froedtert Hospital via MFD ambulances and several others were taken to hospitals via private ambulances.
