RICHFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Interested to learn about snowmobiling, but don't know where to start? The Pioneer Bowl in Richfield will be the place to be on Saturday, Jan. 23 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The address is 1801 State Road 175. The event is hosted by the Kettle Moraine Snowmobile Club.
The greater cause is to get more of people involved in snowmobiling, and with that, a few more interested to keep our local trails open.
They'll answer questions, and if conditions permit, provide a short ride (as passenger) on a 2-person touring sled provided by Ride Wisconsin Rentals (Four Seasons Powersports).
- KMSC Tucker (groomer) rides available
- Discounted $30 family KMSC membership for new members during the event - price includes $12 AWSC membership and benefits.
- Food and refreshments available at Pioneer Bowl
- Bonfire - The bonfire will be courtesy of Pioneer Bowl later in the day, but there’ll be a fire pit to keep warm while outside during the event.
