Singer Lizzo performs in Madison, adopts dog from local pet rescue

MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Singer Lizzo has a new friend after her performance in Madison Thursday night, Oct. 10. 

According to a Facebook post, Lizzo visited Underdog Pet Rescue of Wisconsin before her show and met a puppy named Saba. It didn't take long for Lizzo to fall in love. 

The post said Lizzo adopted the little guy, now named "Poke." The pet rescue said in the post, "Enjoy that Bling-Bling lifestyle Poke."
