Two Waukesha County men charged after allegedy scamming man out of thousands of dollars

WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two Waukesha County men are accused of scamming another man out of thousands of dollars for driveway repair work.
According to the criminal complaint, Vincent Montes approached a New Berlin man back in August and offered to fix his driveway.
The complaint says Montes and another man John Hercules ended up charing the man more than $10,000.
The man recieved cheaper estimates and realized he was being scammed.
