Veterans begin populating "tiny home" village in Racine

Jacob Kittilstad travels to the James A. Patterson Veterans Village as the first residents move into their new compact living spaces.

The village is a new concept to house homeless veterans while supplying them with all the tools needed to break the cycle of homelessness and help them to once again become productive members of society.
